Kempinski Residences Miami Design District introduces VIP Concierge service

TravelDailyNews International news editor Tatiana Rokou reports that Kempinski Residences Miami Design District is introducing VIP Concierge access from the moment a buyer signs a contract. The program brings personalized support and hospitality benefits to purchasers before they take possession of their homes.

Service Begins at Contract Signing

Alongside the VIP Concierge, buyers will receive immediate GHA DISCOVERY Titanium membership and its associated benefits. The service is intended to keep the years between purchase and move-in connected, covering everyday arrangements and individually tailored experiences.

The concierge brings nearly two decades of luxury hospitality and concierge experience across South Florida properties. The role covers dining reservations, travel coordination, curated local experiences and resident programming.

A Relationship Driven Approach to Hospitality

Joseph DaGrosa, founder and chairman of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC, said, “The VIP Concierge brings an extraordinary understanding of discretion, personalization, and relationship-driven hospitality that will become a meaningful extension of the living experience.”

A Standalone Residential Debut in the United States

The development is Kempinski Group’s first standalone branded residential project in the United States. Kempinski Group will oversee management and operations at a supervisory level, bringing its European hospitality heritage into a private residential setting.

Arquitectonica is leading the architecture, with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape architecture by Enea. Together, the team is shaping a contemporary Miami address in which design and service are conceived as parts of the same ownership experience.

Two Towers at the Gateway to the Miami Design District

Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the project will comprise 128 private residences across two 23-story towers, along with six townhomes and 18 guest suites reserved exclusively for residents. The site marks the gateway to the Miami Design District, placing the residential collection close to the neighborhood’s architecture, fashion, art, dining and cultural life.

Wellness Leisure and Resident Life

The planned amenity program brings together wellness, recreation and social spaces. Offerings include two pools, wellness and recovery facilities, a cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, restaurant and dining venues, wine and game lounges, and a screening room.

Golf and Formula 1 simulators, padel courts and family-focused amenities broaden the experience. Combined with concierge support from contract signing, the collection reflects a hospitality-led vision that begins before move-in and continues through daily life in residence.
