Traded Media reports that Kempinski Residences Miami Design District will extend its hospitality experience to purchasers well before move-in, with access to a VIP Concierge beginning at contract signing. The initiative brings personalized support into the years between purchase and possession, establishing service as part of the ownership journey from its first formal milestone.
Hospitality Begins at Contract Signing
The VIP Concierge is designed to assist purchasers with restaurant reservations, travel planning, tailored local experiences and future resident programming. Buyers are also set to receive immediate GHA DISCOVERY Titanium membership, connecting them to a global hospitality benefits program before their residence is complete.
For a preconstruction buyer, that timing is significant. The interval between signing and receiving the keys can span several years; introducing service at the outset allows the relationship to develop throughout that period. It also reflects a central Kempinski principle: attentive hospitality is not an amenity reserved for arrival, but an ongoing expression of care, discretion and ease.
A More Personal Ownership Journey
Joseph DaGrosa, founder and chairman of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, said the intention is for the service experience to begin when a buyer’s relationship with the project begins, rather than at move-in. In practice, the concierge becomes an early point of connection between each purchaser and the future residential community.
Two Towers at the Gateway to the Miami Design District
Planned for 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the development will bring together 128 private residences across two 23-story towers, along with six townhomes and private guest suites for residents. Its position at the northern gateway to the Miami Design District places owners near the neighborhood’s architecture, fashion, galleries, dining and cultural programming, with Wynwood, Midtown and Edgewater also close at hand.
The project team unites Arquitectonica for architecture, Rockwell Group for interiors and Enea for landscape architecture. DaGrosa Capital Development Partners is developing the property as Kempinski’s first standalone branded residential project in the United States, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2030.
Wellness Social Life and Everyday Ease
The planned amenity collection supports a residential lifestyle shaped by wellness, connection and thoughtful service. Two pools are complemented by recovery facilities, a cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, dining spaces, wine and game lounges, a screening room, golf and Formula 1 simulators, and padel courts.
Kempinski is expected to take an active role in the management and operation of the residences. Together with the early concierge program, that involvement is intended to translate the brand’s service culture into the rhythms of everyday ownership, whether a residence is occupied full-time, seasonally or between international travels.
Kempinski’s U.S. Residential Debut
The launch arrives as Miami’s branded-residence market continues to expand across hospitality, fashion and automotive names. Kempinski’s proposition is grounded in its European service heritage and a long-term hospitality relationship, pairing personalized attention with a setting defined by design and culture.
For purchasers, the VIP Concierge offers an immediate expression of that promise. The building may be scheduled for 2030, but the experience begins when the contract is signed.
