Kempinski Residences Miami Design District Introduces VIP Concierge

Premier Guide Miami reports that DaGrosa Capital Development Partners has appointed a VIP Concierge for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, extending personalized service to buyers from the moment they sign a contract rather than waiting until move-in. The development is Kempinski Group’s first standalone branded residential project in the United States.

Hospitality Begins at Contract Signing

The appointment brings the residential experience forward into the purchasing journey. From contract signing, buyers will be able to request support with everyday arrangements as well as highly tailored experiences. They will also receive immediate access to a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium card and its associated benefits.

The approach reflects the personalized service culture associated with Kempinski hotels while addressing a practical priority for globally mobile owners: establishing a trusted hospitality relationship well before they take possession of a home.

A Personal Extension of the Resident Experience

The VIP Concierge brings nearly two decades of luxury hospitality experience at leading South Florida properties. The role will shape and oversee a bespoke program spanning dining reservations, travel coordination, curated local experiences and resident programming, with access available throughout the period leading to occupancy.

“Today’s luxury buyers expect more than beautiful design and amenities; they expect a level of service that simplifies and enhances everyday life,” said Joseph DaGrosa, Founder and Chairman of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC. “The VIP Concierge brings an extraordinary understanding of discretion, personalization, and relationship-driven hospitality that will become a meaningful extension of the living experience at Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, and giving buyers VIP concierge access at signing means they feel that service commitment from the very beginning of their journey with us.”

Design and Service at the Gateway to the District

Planned for 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the development will comprise 128 private residences across two 23-story towers, along with six townhomes and 18 guest suites reserved exclusively for residents. Arquitectonica is leading the architecture, Rockwell Group is designing the interiors and Enea is responsible for the landscape architecture.

Together, the design team and hospitality program frame the development as a residential experience shaped by contemporary Miami architecture and Kempinski’s European service heritage. The early introduction of the VIP Concierge reinforces that service is intended to be part of ownership from the outset, not simply an amenity activated after arrival.

Amenities Supporting Wellness and Daily Life

The planned amenity collection includes wellness and recovery facilities, two pools, a cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, restaurant and dining spaces, wine and game lounges, a screening room, golf and Formula 1 simulators, padel courts and family-focused spaces.

Kempinski Group will provide supervisory direction and control of management and operations. Combined with the VIP Concierge program, that role is designed to support a hospitality-forward residential lifestyle centered on discretion, consistency and ease of ownership.
