Miami’s Community News reports that DaGrosa Capital Development Partners has appointed a VIP Concierge for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, extending the project’s hospitality-led service well before residents move into their homes. The publication describes the development as Kempinski Group’s first standalone branded residential project in the United States.
VIP Concierge Service Begins at Contract Signing
Rather than waiting until move-in, buyers will be able to access the VIP Concierge from the time they sign a contract. They will also receive immediate access to a Global Hotel Alliance GHA DISCOVERY Titanium card and its associated benefits.
The early introduction is designed to bring Kempinski’s tradition of personalized hospitality into the ownership journey from the outset. Support will range from everyday arrangements to highly tailored experiences, giving buyers a direct point of contact before they take possession of their residences.
A Bespoke Approach to Everyday Support
With nearly two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and concierge service at leading South Florida properties, the VIP Concierge will shape and oversee a resident experience program grounded in discretion, personalization and relationship-driven service.
Offerings will include dining reservations, travel coordination, curated local experiences and resident programming. Together, these services are intended to make the concierge relationship a consistent part of daily life, rather than a benefit that begins only after closing.
“Today’s luxury buyers expect more than beautiful design and amenities; they expect a level of service that simplifies and enhances everyday life,” said Joseph DaGrosa, founder and chair of DaGrosa Capital Development Partners LLC. “The VIP Concierge brings an extraordinary understanding of discretion, personalization, and relationship-driven hospitality that will become a meaningful extension of the living experience at Kempinski Residences Miami Design District, and giving buyers VIP concierge access at signing means they feel that service commitment from the very beginning of their journey with us.”
Hospitality as Part of the Residential Vision
The appointment offers an early view of the project’s broader approach to residential hospitality. Personalized service and the resident experience are positioned as defining elements of ownership, with the Kempinski Group providing supervision, direction and control of management and operations.
Kempinski Residences Miami Design District
Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to the Miami Design District, the development will comprise 128 private residences across two 23-story towers, together with six townhomes and 18 guest suites exclusively for residents.
Arquitectonica is leading the architecture, Rockwell Group is designing the interiors and Enea is directing the landscape architecture. The collaboration brings contemporary design together with the European-inspired hospitality and service associated with Kempinski.
Planned amenities include wellness and recovery facilities, two pools, a cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, restaurant and dining spaces, wine and game lounges, a screening room, golf and Formula 1 simulators, padel courts, and amenities created for families.
