Kempinski Residences Miami Design District is taking shape at the gateway to The Miami Design District™, with newly unveiled interiors by Rockwell Group offering a first look at the residential vision for Kempinski’s first U.S. branded residences. The project pairs an internationally recognized hospitality name with architecture, interiors and landscape design conceived for its Miami setting.
Rockwell Group Interiors Take Center Stage
The newly opened sales gallery introduces prospective residents to Rockwell Group’s interior design direction for Kempinski Residences Miami Design District. The project is designed by Arquitectonica and developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, bringing together a team with established experience across architecture, hospitality and residential design.
The residential program will include two- to four-bedroom residences, six street-level townhomes and private guest suites for residents. Completion is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2029.
Amenities Connect the Residential Experience
A signature sky bridge will connect the two towers and form an expansive amenity level designed around wellness, recreation and social connection. Planned offerings highlighted by World Red Eye include a padel court, golf and Formula 1 simulators, resort-style pools and dedicated wellness spaces.
The broader amenity collection also includes a spa, fitness center, restaurant, library, wine lounge and screening room, along with landscaped outdoor environments by ENEA. Together, these spaces extend the project’s hospitality-led approach beyond the private residences and into the everyday resident experience.
